    Best pair of boots i have ever owned by far

    I do pipeline construction and my lineof work is extremely hard on boots the most ive ever had or heard of is 6months tops out of a pair of boots

    I just hit a year in mine and just did a minor repair and theyre ready to keep going

    Questionable Durability, Phenomenal Customer Service

    I bought these in late November 2024. They were great. Comfortable, fit well, maybe a touch on the heavy side, but that's expected. In early July 2025, the boots seemed odd. When I took them off, I noticed that the left heel was separating from the leather.

    These boots had seen mostly light use; about 90% of the time in an office setting, with occasional yard work (e.g., mowing, changing oil). I found it quite peculiar that they had become compromised so quickly.

    Origin's customer service was fantastic. I reached out, via email, regarding their manufacturer's warranty. I received an reply requesting additional details a few hours later after they opened. To which, I promptly sent an explanation of the problem along with images of the failure. 90 minutes later they processed a replacement order.

    Here's to hoping this second pair is built better. (If able, I'll add an update in a year or so [mid summer 2026].)
