Immersion Camp 2026
If you’ve been thinking about coming to our yearly Immersion Camp, now is the time to start planning. Registration is limited, and spots sell out fast. For 2026, we’re returning to Camp Laurel on Echo Lake in Mount Vernon, Maine from 8/23 to 8/29. August is the best time of year here in Maine, and Camp Laurel is known as the nicest summer camp on the East Coast.
Immersion Camp is an all-inclusive* week that offers a full roster of training sessions, shuttle to and from Camp Laurel and Portland Jetport, all meals (including an all-you-can-eat lobster bake), lodging, Gi laundering, and camp activities. The only extra money you’ll need is what you choose to spend on ORIGIN™ & JockoFuel gear.
This experience will forever change your BJJ lifestyle. White belt or Black belt, everyone is welcome to attend - even if you have never trained. Fresh Maine lobster, lakeside training, s'mores over the campfire... There is no other place in the world like the ORIGIN™ Immersion Camp. This is literally like summer camp from when you were a kid.

PAYMENT TERMS: REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO COUPONS ARE ALLOWED FOR CAMP REGISTRATION.
ATTENDANCE TERMS: THIS CAMP IS FOR ADULTS. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO REGISTER.
LODGING NOTE: We have separate group cabins for male/female campers.
2026 TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM PORTLAND JETPORT AND ORIGIN™ IMMERSION CAMP
We’ve arranged camp shuttles to/from Portland Jetport PWM and ORIGIN™ Immersion Camp. Please review ARRIVAL DAY and DEPARTURE DAY information below carefully if you intend to register for an ORIGIN™ Immersion Camp shuttle.
ARRIVAL DAY - SUNDAY, AUGUST 23th
Shuttles from Portland Jetport to Camp Laurel: Camp shuttles will leave PWM for ORIGIN™ Immersion Camp at 10:30 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm. Please arrange your flights to arrive at PWM prior to one of these shuttle departures.
We do not offer shuttle services after 3:00 pm on arrival day.
If you’re arriving in Maine the night before arrival day, we suggest staying at a local airport hotel and then meeting us at PWM to take a shuttle to camp.
DEPARTURE DAY - SATURDAY, AUGUST 29rd
Shuttles from Camp Laurel to Portland Jetport: Camp shuttles will leave ORIGIN™ Immersion Camp for PWM at 6:00 am and 8:00 am on departure day.
Please schedule your flights to depart PWM no earlier than 9:00 am on departure day.
TRAVEL NOTE: Car rental prices are generally high during the August tourist season in Maine, and the trip from PWM to Camp Laurel is about 90 minutes.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INDEMNITY AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT:
I will not hold or attempt to hold ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff or Camp Laurel liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property caused by any act or neglect of other persons, or caused in any manner other than the willful or negligent act of ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff, Camp Laurel, its agents and employees, and will indemnify and hold ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff and Camp Laurel harmless from any liability for damages or claims against ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff or Camp Laurel arising out of or in any way related to any such loss, damage or injury. I release ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff and Camp Laurel, including its trustees, employees and agents, from me or my child’s physical injury, including death, or illness while at the activity. I/We will assume the risk associated therewith, whether known or unknown to me/us at this time. This release is also intended to include all claims of my family, estate, heirs, personal representatives or assigns.
AUTHORIZATION FOR TREATMENT:
I/We hereby Give permission to the medical personnel selected by Camp Laurel to secure and administer treatment and to maintain and/or release any medical records necessary for insurance purposes as outlined under the HIPAA regulation, and to provide or arrange necessary related transportation for the above named person. I verify that I or child named above is in good health and capable of participating in strenuous activities and, when necessary, will tailor my/their activities to those within the bounds of my/their physical health. I recognize that any medical treatment that is provided to me (or my child) while attending a ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, and Camp Laurel activity will be paid for by my medical insurance company and guarantee payment for services not paid by insurance.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE:
I hereby grant ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, and Associated Instructors and Staff permission to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, films, video and sound recordings of me or my child without compensation or approval, for use in materials created for purposes of promoting the activities of ORIGIN™ BJJ LLC, ORIGIN™ Labs LLC, and Associated Instructors and Staff, including the Internet.
NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION:
I/We understand that the registration is not refundable.
