APPAREL FACTORY - ASHEBORO, NC USA
Our Asheboro, NC manufacturing plant is a 170,000 sq. ft. facility that’s home to 267 employees - many with 30+ years of experience in crafting apparel. We have a full wash house that’s equipped with three 600-pound washers and three 100-pound washers and a production floor with seven active lines. On any given day, we sew 755 pairs of jeans and produce dozens of other products in equal quantities.
JIU-JITSU FACTORY - FARMINGTON, ME USA
Our Farmington, ME Jiu-Jitsu manufacturing plant is where we produce all our Gis and rashguards. The 24,000 sq. ft. facility houses looms originally salvaged from defunct textile mills and given a new lease on life to once again weave American Made fabric. We’re the only company in the country that makes Gi textiles. Our team of 80 employees cuts, embroiders, and sews 650 Gis a week. And over 2,000 rashguards are designed, printed, sublimated, and sewn each week.
BOOT FACTORY - FARMINGTON, ME USA
Our Farmington, ME Boot manufacturing plant is where we produce our hand-made footwear, belts, and wallets - all from top quality American cow hide and American Lakota bison hide. The 22,000 sq. ft. facility is home to 34 craftsmen who design, cut, and sew 100 pairs of boots per day from start to finish.
