WASHES
Our Asheboro, NC facility is where we stitch all of our jeans: Delta Flex Jeans and ORIGIN™ Work Jeans. We also operate our own wash house, creating three perfect wash profiles and one classic black rinse. It’s a process we carefully manage, precisely mixing enzymes and/or bleach to change the tone of our indigo dyed fabric. 100% Made in America isn’t easy, but it’s what we do. Every single day.
BRINGING IT BACK
Sometimes, the story is in the numbers. Our Asheboro, NC manufacturing plant is a 170,000 sq. ft. facility that’s home to 267 employees - many with 30+ years of experience in crafting apparel.
We have a full wash house that’s equipped with three 600-pound washers and three 100-pound washers and a production floor with seven active lines. On any given day, we sew 755 pairs of jeans and produce dozens of other products in equal quantity.
