I can wear either medium or large (5'10" 170 pounds). Works well even when wet. Great sun protection. Sometimes I wear a short sleeve RTX underneath, sometimes not.

Got it just in time for my kids Spring Break and wore it during chilly mornings and hot days. Never took it off. Spent a very windy day on the jetty fishing and this bad boy just handled it. I find my kids and my wife stealing it occasionally. Great product!
