This shirt is great for no gi, under gi, at the gym or any environment you need a cooling comforting top. Great for runs, hikes etc.

I do lots of stairmaster for warmups and am soaked after 30 min. Leaving the rest of my workout wet and messy. I tried this shirt and it def keeps you dry-er than the cotton shirts I normally wear. Works great.

I can wear this 3-4 times if needed between washes. Just make sure you can air it out if you sweat a bunch. I've worn dozens of times and washed a bunch. Looks brand new
