    Great shirt, not great material

    I love this shirt. It's lightweight and great for wearing in the sun regardless of temp. However, the fabric snags on everything. I'm on my second shirt, after exchanging the first one when it had 4 snags after 2 wears. I'm wearing my replacement for the first time and fabric snagged when opening a plastic container and now there are threads hanging off of it to...

    I want to love this shirt, but durability is a real concern.

    Good to Go for Backpacking, and Relaxing, Approved!

    I’ve been backpacking for years and always looking to improve my kit. Having tried several ways to keep the sun off my face, I realized I ought to follow the lead of thru-hikers and find a long sleeve lightweight shirt with a hood. This fits the bill and worked perfectly on its first trip in the Cascades. Temps were high yet I never felt like I was overheating. Sweated like a pig but the shirt dried quickly. Found that I could cool myself off by dropping my pack and flapping the shirt - literally gave me a brrr feeling.

    Initially, I thought the addition of a quarter-zip would be good, as my other shirts have had them, but it wasn’t missed.

    Overall, an excellent shirt for backpacking, hiking, working out, and relaxing after doing any of those things.

    Awesome Sun Shirt!

    I took this Brrr Cooling Hoodie on a 3 day backpacking trip and it performed amazingly! I was worried about smell like I’ve experienced with other sun hoodies, but it did great! It actually kept me cool on midday hikes with a pack. I am a big medium and the fit was perfect!!
