Great boot, fits perfect and very comfy. Bought these to replace a similar boot company that is made in Australia, after having two pairs of those I was excited to see these Freedom Boots made in America. They may be bit mor expensive than my other Non-Freedom boots but they will last a lifetime and will only have to buy one pair.

I have a size 9c foot except a much wider toe bed. I bought these in a size 8.5D due to the anatomical foot bed and reccomendations for sizing. I ordered them and tried them on, unfortunately my toe was pushing on the end of the boot and I immediately took them off to submit for return. To return, you upload photos of the boot to be reviewed for return approval. Mind you, I had this boot on for maybe 20 seconds and used a boot jack with a towel to remove from my feet and prevent creases. I uploaded my photos and was told the boots are unreturnable due to their "condition". This is laughable since I had them on for 30 seconds. I reached out to customer service and they allowed a one time exchange (thank you for not wasting my money and honoring your return policy). Speaking with their customer service representative, she was rude and passive aggressive, qualities I wouldnt expect out of a customer service rep. but she ultimately took care of me with unnexessary attitude. Looking at the boots, the welt isn't complete, about a 1/8" short on one side, looks terrible in my opinion. The leather requires lots of oil . For a company to not want to return my boots due to quality but then sends out a pair with a short welt, it begs the question if they truly care about the customer/quality or simply the sale. My other boots are whites and nicks customs due to my foot shape. Unfortubately I had to figure something out as my only steel toes need a resole. These will work to bridge the…
