GTFO 1995 SHORT
A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER
Maps, Myths, and Mayhem
"In the summer of 1995, I wore the same pair of shorts every single day. That summer, and those shorts, felt like something straight out of The Goonies. I was 15, wild at heart, spending my days in the mountains, lakes, and rivers of Maine. We lived off brook trout, bathed in the lake, waged epic one-pump BB gun wars, and built forts deep in the woods.
For 30 years, I searched for a pair of shorts that could match the durability and feel of those originals. I never found them—so I made them. Right here in America. The fabric we invented is called ORIGIN NYLOC®." - Pete Roberts

"Back then, my ragtag crew didn’t need to be told to Get The F*** Outside. That was just life—through brutally cold winters and scorching hot summers."
GTFO WAS BORN OUTSIDE
When we set out to build the GTFO Collection, we handed it to a bunch of Gen X’ers and told them to do what they do best. They jumped out of airplanes, hiked the Appalachian Trail, hunted in the Maine mountains, and wandered the cobbled streets of Europe.
We made a few tweaks, refined the fit, and built the perfect pant—one that performs day after day after day.

WATCH THE GTFO COME TO LIFE
We documented the first time we put the GTFO Pant to the test. Naturally it involved Special Forces Operators jumping out of helicopters into the remote backcountry of MOAB, UT.
