I've gone through several red wings over the course of 12+ years of construction type work I've done. I decided to buy American and stop consuming so much. Quality above all. These boots are no exception. Tell you what, the first time you go to tie them up and you feel how SOFT the laces are, you know something is different. Right away. Break in was super easy. Maybe 3 days of work and they started creasing in all the right places. I DO NOT NEED INSERTS WITH THESE. The sole is so freaking comfortable. Feels like memory foam and whatever makes it different, also makes it better than having memory foam in your boots haha. Great work. Happy customer here!

For a company that doesn't purely specialize in boots. The quality and comfort genuinely surprised me. These are by far my favorite steel toe work boots I own.

I like the boots but didn’t like the way they looked on me. So I returned them and ordered different ones instead. They are very well built.

You guys at Origin knocked these out of the park. You should be proud. All American boots, with all American materials made here in the US by American manufacturing. I'm impressed. Then these boots pass the eye test immediately out of the box. They look sharp and the smell of fresh leather. The way they hugged my feet with the first slip on. So far they are my house slippers while I break them in. I was hesitant at first due to price and everyone claims to have the best boot. I've tried many. Currently on Keen Cincinnati boots. I think you might have really done it. I'm anxious to work the heck out of these things. I did put Obenauf's LP on them as I need good weather and waterproofing. It's still winter in northern Wisconsin. I work in manufacturing so I need the steel toe, but I spend time in my yard and in the woods often. On my feet a lot putting the steps in and want to take care of them. So I'm hoping these hold up to the challenge as once I find a good boot I'm in them all day every day. These will get put through the ringer. You'll hear back from me to review them once I've worn them awhile. Really exited about these. Again Origin thank you.

Best boots I’ve had yet! They took a little bit to break in but compared to my wolverines which had my boots in pain in about 6 hours and western boots which took 4 hours, I’m able to usually work a 12 hour day comfortably without any foot pain. They’re a little heavier but my feet still feel great. There are a couple pressure spots during the break in period and they feel stiff at first but all that goes away. The leather has been holding great for almost a year of use in a fab shop taking sparks all day long. The outsoles I can’t say the same but, I didn’t expect them to hold up considering I step on hot metal by accident all the time. Overall best boots I’ve had and will continue to stick with this brand. Though I wish Origin offered re-soling
