I wore these base layer pants elk hunting in the mountains of Montana. They kept me warm and comfortable in the snow and bitter cold winds. I’ve already bought an another pair.

These leggings are pretty close to what most would consider mid weight but aren’t too hot on those warmer days due to the fabric blend and perforating while still being adequate at low temperatures. A perfect layer for my 2nd rifle elk hunt in Colorado.
