Origin's customer service is top notch. Unfortunately, I had too much experience with them. I absolutely LOVED these USA made boots, but they keep falling apart. The sole on the first 3 pairs peeled apart in layers and almost completely fell off while working on a job site for pair number 4. I don't wear flip flops, ever. I live in my boots and I expect them to fail around the 1 year mark. These make it about 4 months on average. That's the bad. The good is Origin's customer service is probably the best I have ever experienced. They replaced these 3 times after they failed. I sent them the first 3 failed pairs back in hopes that they could figure the problem out, but then I got the flip flop pair that failed after 4 months. These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned and the grip on the ground is outstanding on steep/uneven terrain, they just don't stay together. I'm moving on to try to find another USA-made boot brand, but still hoping they solve this problem once and for all. I would buy again only if they guaranteed pair number 5 wouldn't fail until well after 4 months old

I received my boots yesterday and wore them for my 10 hour shift and they were so comfortable, i rotate my boots as to let the insides air out before wearing them again and wore my other $250 pair of boots today and they don't compare (my feet were sweating so bad that i had to gut the insides and after doing that they were drastically better but they still sweat and they are uncomfortable) I will be buying another pair of Origin boots to throw into my rotation and getting rid of these boots that im wearing now

Great work boots for light to medium work. I do a lot of walking/standing outdoors on stone and rocks. Overall, the boots have held up great. The only issue I have had is the outsole has separated from the midsole in several spots. Had to have them re-glued in those spots. Not sure how well they will hold up to more physically demanding work. I also own another pair of non-work Origin boots that have had no issues. Both are extremely comfortable and overall good quality.

These are very comfortable. I have severe metatarsal neuromas from years of heavy foot use, and it's been hard to find quality boots with a wide toe box and stiff shank. Got these in 10.5 EE after consulting the Origin size chart.
My only gripe is that they're a bit heavy for casual outings. I think I'm gonna pick up some Goodyear Welt wedge Christy's next for casual use. I wish Origin made a slip on wedge boot (without laces), I'd wear those everyday and not dread taking them off every time I enter the house.
