Working in a medical facility, I use boots everyday from September to April. I got mine as a gift from my wife 2 years ago and it has broken nicely. I have to be honest, it doesn’t seem to be the most beautiful boots I have. It’s bulbous, usually works for tall people. But at 5’7, I’m loving it. It hugs my feet like a rubber shoe. Working on the hospital floor, I feel confident wearing this shoe and it isn’t out of place wearing my scrubs! Obviously, it looks great wearing jeans, though it’s not my “go to” boots. I’m hoping to buy the Maine MocToe at the end of the year. Also love the fact that their mission speaks to my belief that the USA has excellent people who can produce the best of the best products today.

Excellent boots!! They run a little wide for my feet but the length is true to size. Great craftsmanship!! Certainly a legacy type boot!!

I received my boots and found that the soles were sloppily assembled. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times without any call or email back. For a pair of boots that costs so much they should be perfect. I don’t know if mine were an anomaly or not but I was excited to get them and then disappointed when they arrived. I have attached pictures for reference.

I was very apprehensive about spending so much $ on a pair of boots. I have a few other origin items and have been quite pleased with them. The boots showed up quicker than expected and were packaged well. While looking them over i was relieved to see the insole had a cotton like surface and not a slick nylon fabric. Construction was very good although there are a couple of spots on each boots where it seems the material was glued, sewed or trimmed completely. Very minor and I don't think it will affect the long-term durability as it is very miniscule. I've wore them for about 36 hours total so far and they are breaking in rather well and are quite comfortable. I used the printable sizing guide and it recommended an 11.5. Perfect fit.
