Ive bought 3 pairs of the jeans and initially 2 of them had issues with the zippers but eventually all of them were leaving me “exposed” so I gave them to goodwill. First I emailed them about a return but the policy is less than ideal so they instead asked me to send pictures of the zippers and they might be willing to repair them. Instead of wasting all of that time and energy I thought I’d just buy one more pair, maybe a size larger incase the zipper was too taut but that pair has the same problem. It’s very unfortunate that the return policy is so unforgiving for an online store. That’s $400 down the drain for me so I will not be buying any more of the jeans. The gi’s, supplements, hoodies, joggers, and leggings have all been fantastic though and I’m very grateful for this American company. Hopefully they ease up on the returns, bc I know they’re very high quality jeans otherwise. I’m just not willing to have a back and forth over faulty zippers in order to (at best) wait who knows how long for zipper repairs without a pair of jeans when it’s cold out.

I really appreciate what this brand stands for. I would love nothing more than to support a business that values America and keeps everything made here. But I have spent thousands of dollars trying to support this business, and have been disappointed with almost every order. The sizing is not consistent at all. I have purchased multiple pairs of pants, and only 1 was actually true to size. All the others were way off. I ordered the same size and cut every time, and every time, I got something completely different. Either way too big/long or way too tight. You would think the quality control would be better considering the amount of money you are spending. I also have multiple T-shirts, larges are too small, and XL’s run larger than usual. Unless you get the core-T, then they run small.

Regarding the work jeans, you would think the pockets would be a little bigger. The front pockets on the ones I’ve ordered were so shallow, I couldn’t even fit a normal sized cell phone in them.

I really hate that I am writing this review. Again, I want to support this brand so much, but until they get their quality section under control, I’m going to have to put my money elsewhere.
