    Heavy lifting

    I work at Johnny Pickles Distillery in TX and I chose these boots for my work needs. I was even allowed to do a payment plan through shop as US workers don't always have a tone of $ laying around. There's no special equipment to lift our whiskey barrels onto shelves for aging. There's me and my boots. These haven't let me down. For less than $350 shipped, I hit bison leather, a fat leather midsole, a vibram outsole, and it's US made. It's a blessing.

    I'm enjoying these so far. The leather seems very tough, and the Christy sole has a good cushion without feeling like a foam sneaker. I would like it if the insole was removable for more options and to allow the leather midsole to form more quickly. The non removable one is good, but im not sure how it can be replaced once it wears out. Overall, it's probably the toughest boot I have.
