I mainly wore these boots at the office for a couple years, not a whole lot of work with them, and the soles sadly have no tread left. This is the natural wedge sole. That makes these difficult and dangerous to wear in the winters in Wisconsin because there's snow and ice outside and these boots have little to no traction in that stuff. It's a bummer because I use these as everyday footwear - to the grocery store, hunting, the office, etc. I'm considering trying to re-cut tread in them, but that's hacky. Other than the sole problem, the laces tend to 'square knot' themselves super easily when untying which is annoying. Aside from those issues, I love these boots, they are stylish and a great 'do everything' boot.

After an absolutely horrible experience with another USA company, I found Origin boots and ordered them.
Craftsmanship is what was advertised. Flipping nice.
The boots are the stiffest I’ve ever seen and with one week of wear they are becoming the best boot I’ve had. Fifty years of experience living on my feet, this will be the only boots I ever buy again.

They’ve been stuck in a warehouse in the UK for days. This is the only way I can see getting a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times and I only get through to an AI bot.

Wrong boot was sent by Origin - received the Moc Toe, ordered the Wilton. I contacted CS to say I would keep the wrong boot since it was the correct size and pay any difference. Several emails exchanged - CS never even offered a “…sorry, our mistake…” for sending the wrong item - even after I offered to pay any difference in cost (trying to do the right thing). I hope they can prove me wrong after this initial impression. Would have expected some extreme ownership of their mistake from Origin.
