I just want to start by stating that I am a 15 year ups driver and have tried almost every high quality hiking boot and shoe on the market and even though im not planning on using these for work i know sizing very well, and it will always vary from brand to brand. If you are worried about the sizing, print out the size guide and trust it. I wear size 12 or 12 wide in every athletic shoe out there, 12.5 is always too big and 11.5 is always too small. Boots on the other hand, depending on the brand i could be 11.5 wide 12 or 12 wide but generally size 12. I almost ordered 12 in these boots but decided to print out the size guide. It showed just under 11.5 on my left foot and exactly 11.5 on my right foot but definitely the wide specs on both as I have a fairly wide toe box. I ordered 11.5 wide and they fit perfectly. I was relieved and at the same time, super stoked with the fit. Comfort wise, they are great! Hopefully this review helps. If you have a wide toe box, order the wide.

Break in was pretty easy. Comfortable to wear, but not sure yet if they are good for longer walks or hiking. A rear strap would be helpful. Overall I really like them.

As a Maine Site Evaluator I put some miles on during the summer busy season, normally a fresh pair of Keen Pyrenees in the April would last the summer season but a combination of build quality or material quality with my last pair left me with more E6000 holding them together than shoe by July. These were just what the doctor ordered, WAY beefier than keens but way lighter than the Chippewa loggers I switch to for fall/winter. A week or 2 of 1 day on 1 day off and a round or 2 of oil had any hot spots squared away and they have been daily use since. You will need to do your own water proofing.

These boots are amazing. I love them. Though, there looks to have been an error in manufacturing. The tounge on the left boot is not centered and hangs to the left as you can see from the picture attached. Thats as far over as it goes. The origin symbol is not centered but hangs far to the left and the tongue does not completly cover the ankle.
