I have only had this rashgaurd since it came out around June only wearing it a hand full of times. During a rolling session I noticed the stitches fraying and a long thread coming from the shirt. Once I got home I was really not happy with the quality of this particular rashgaurd compared to ones I have ordered in the past from Origin. I have one rashgaurd I purchased from Origin thats almost 5 years old that looks to be in better condition then this one. I hope the quality control is not deteriorating because at the price point Origins gear is not cheap. At that price point I expect quality.

The rash guard itself is top quality, and that’s been my experience with Origin products overall. Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the quality of the product.
This order took nearly four weeks from the day I placed it, and I was left in the dark the entire time. Calling customer service only led to voicemail with no callback, and the email responses felt automated and provided little useful information.
I’m genuinely conflicted about ordering from Origin again. If this weren’t a company that manufactures its products in the USA, I probably wouldn’t give them another chance after this experience. I want to support American manufacturing, but it’s hard to overlook customer service that doesn’t even answer the phone or keep customers informed about their orders.
