I’m 5'7", 210 lbs and ordered the XXL—fit is absolutely perfect. Just the right amount of compression without being too tight, and it stays in place during intense rounds of boxing. Super comfortable, breathable, and doesn’t ride up like other rashguards I’ve tried.
Picked up the blue and red sleeve versions to round out my rotation—this makes six total, and honestly, these are the only rashguards I’ll wear now. The quality is top-tier, and I really appreciate that it’s made in the USA. Durable stitching, sharp design, and holds up great after repeated washes.
If you’re on the fence about sizing or comfort—don’t be. These are 100% worth it.
