I’m 5’11” and 223lbs. The size guide suggested that I wear a 2XL. I chose to order an XL instead, it was very tight in the neck, had a nice fit through the shoulders and chest, but in the abdominal / waist area I could have fit 2 of me inside and the length was well below my butt which I found very strange. I have a more muscular build, 32” waist and I hover between 12-14% body fat. The fit of this rashguard is completely unusable by me unfortunately. I love the design though and it feels to be a quality item.

I’ve been using Origin rash guards for my Jiu-Jitsu training, and they’ve consistently impressed me with their durability and comfort. The fit is spot-on, providing great compression without feeling restrictive. The material holds up well to constant wear and tear, and it doesn’t fade or stretch out over time.
Unfortunately, I recently found out that the 3XL size isn’t being restocked, which is disappointing since I prefer the fit and performance of Origin gear over other brands. I’ve tried to find similar quality, but nothing compares to how well this rash guard performs on the mats. I really hope Origin brings back the 3XL inventory soon!
If you’re looking for a reliable and well-made rash guard, I highly recommend Origin—just be sure to grab it in your size while you can!
