Came in as expected. Seems to be excellent quality. (Im no expert in jujitsu gi’s) im a bigger guy (6’ 260lbs) and the fit is on point. Not sure how much if any it will shrink if i put it in the dryer, just hang drying for now. Origin continues to impress.

Absolutely awesome gi! Fits perfect and the stitching is strong as well. The only thing that caught me off guard was the thickness of the top. Its much thinner than the last origin gi top i bought 10+ years ago, but no complaints here! Im sure itll last as long as the last one has and the old one ,still looks good for its age.

I only wear Origin Gi's and purchased this one during the Master Worlds / JiujitsuCon a couple of years ago. I did not know I would be off the mats for over a year and end up losing 70 lbs. This gi is still hanging after washing it when I got it home, and never worn other than to try on. Not sure if I am going to keep it and have it altered or just throw it on ebay and try to get some money back to get one in a smaller size. Great quality gi, just like the others I already own.

First off, congratulations on that incredible transformation - losing 70 lbs is a huge accomplishment! We totally get that life throws curveballs sometimes, and being off the mats for over a year while going through that kind of change definitely puts you in a tough spot with gear sizing.

That said, we completely understand the dilemma you're facing between altering versus reselling to get the right size. Both are totally valid options, and we appreciate you being upfront about weighing those choices.
