To be fair I gave Origin 3 full days to resolve this issue before I posted this. I’ve had these pants for less than a month and already sprung a leak. Went from church to yard work to starting the grill. Nothing crazy. For $130 pants you’d expect more. I’ve purchased plenty of Origin gear (and JockoFuel $$$) over the last couple of years and have been mostly happy, but this is disappointing. I know s**t happens, but if you receive a complaint with pictures and invoices attached, you should just resolve it and make the customer happy. 1 star for the product and the customer service.
