Theyre Semi comfortable breaking them in but i feel like they will certainly prove the durability test in time... Theyre as supportive as they look online and then some like around the ankles ...
I added inner soles to what was already in there ... Simply put there was a huge crease on the inner part of the boot both sides ... The extra sole solved that though. I really appreciat the little extra on the tongue !!!! That really helps to break a pair new boots in -in long run if you know what i mean .I sure hope these re-sole well for the next 5 yrs. I have been wanting to try a pair of the Maine Moc Toe boots for awhile, but I had put it off. I wish I had bought them sooner. They were comfortable from day one. Some reviews said that they were really stiff when they first tried them on. I didn't find them nearly as stiff as I had expected. I wear them on concrete for 10 plus hours a day and they are the most comfortable boots that I have worn. I expect them to get even better the more I wear them.

For two weeks I had to hear “new boots” at work until I got out of work and on a farm. Now that they’re broken in they are undoubtedly my most comfortable boots, yes. I’ve been a long time Carolina boot customer and that’s over. Spend more for American made products, it’s a good investment.
