First I wanna say customer service for Origin is unbelievable. I bought these boots. They had a defect. Origin sent me another pair. No questions asked second pair absolutely amazing. I used to wear blunt stones for kitchen work. These are 1000 times better. Thank you!

I have had about 10-15 pairs of Danners, 4-5 pairs of Redwings. All MOC toe or Duty Boots (Acadia)or Chelsea’s. Danners usually take acouple weeks to break in but the seams fall apart….FAST! Had the sides restiched multiple times on my bull runs. Redwings are better made than Danners, but take months to break in, especially the 1907 model……by the time they get comfortable they need to be re-soled. I’m 11d in Danner and Redwing, and Ariat……11D in Origin Chelsea’s fit perfect. I bought a pair of Ariat Chelsea’s on Amazon, they felt horrible, cheap thin leather and poorly made….they went straight back to Bezos. I tried on the Redwing Chelsea, they felt terrible, looked weird from the top and were incredibly stiff. I own a pair of Danner Chelsea’s they were somewhat comfortable out of the box but took about 2 weeks to stop rubbing my heels sore. Now that there broke in, they’re comfortable but seem very thin leather wise and don’t seem really well made. I doubt they’ll last 6months… Now to the Origin Chelsea……NO BS, these are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn, someone else mentioned the perfect “squish” I agree 100 percent, the danners just don’t have that feel and the Redwings felt like I was walking in wooden clogs, lol. The Origin have a feel of good support but like your walking on a cloud……My feet love them. They don’t rub my feet at all, no blisters or sore spots, they fit perfect. I really want to support a american boot but this particular kind of boot wrecked my feet. I got a terrible blister on my ankle after the first day. I've been still wearing them for a week so far hoping they'll get better. Im stuck with a 350$ paper since I can return them.
