I was worried spending too much $ on boots, normally get a $100 pair every 6 months. Decided to splurge on these and these really are next level. Top materials, build, and quality. These are instantly comfortable with no break in period. for reference: I wear a size 11 in dress shoes, 11.5 in athletic shoes, and 12 in basketball shoes. Orgin's size 11 is true to fit to match the dress shoe fit for me.

Anyone can make a product and just take your money. It's how you handle the difficult situations on the margin that define the character of a company. In my opinion, Origin sets the standard.
I ordered a pair of these boots in a size too big. I made the mistake of not reading the return policy and wore them briefly outside, getting some dirt on the soles. I ended up speaking to Tonya over the phone in the customer service department. Instead of strictly abiding to the return policy as many other companies would, which they would have been well within their right to do, Tonya took the time to listen to what I had to say, considered the context of the situation and the person she was talking to, and graciously allowed me to receive another pair in the correct size. I was incredibly relieved and grateful, as this was a big a purchase for a working class man like me.
Tonya, thank you again. Because you treated me like a human being, and not just a source of revenue, I going to make sure we both win, and I plan to (eventually) purchase enough products from Origin that you will make far more profit from me than you would have from selling a single pair of boots.
Oh yeah, and the boots are pretty great.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I like the craftsmanship and the appearance. I suppose the only (mild) complaint is that the lugs are not quite deep enough. I’ve had similar boots that did not have deep enough lugs and when you hit a little bit of snow you're on the ground. But I’ll deal with that when it happens. I think the boots are excellent.

Dear Origin,
I have purchased 4 pairs of Origin boots: 1xWilton, 2xCoronado and most recently a pair of the Coronado Hybrid (Order #456922). I love the fit and look of all 4 pair, and greatly value the fact that they are made in the USA. I submitted feedback earlier this week via the Origin website. As I have not heard back from customer service i will try a second time.
After a day of regular wear, the left Coronado Hybrid boot started to creak like an old wooden staircase. I wore it for another week hoping that it might break-in and go away, but its still creaking. The right boot does not make any noise. The left boot is loud enough that my co-workers can hear me coming down the hall. I attached a video so you can hear the noise the left boot makes. I would rate this pair 5 stars for fit & look but this creaking drops it to a 3. Other than returning these great boots, is there anything i should try that might stop the creaking?
