Everyone is complaining about the price of the pack. I guess they havent seen the price of others and you arent sure where its made. I really like the organization on it. Its easy for me to get to while in my wheelchair. Yes the chest strap got removed. This is a great edc pack.

Materials appear and feel ready to last a lifetime. Construction could use some tweaks. Main compartment should be good for everyday things and light travel. Outside compartments however, have no depth. If you fill the main compartment you essentially neutralize the bottom outside pock. The most you're getting in there is a piece of paper. Top outside compartment has the right idea but upside-down in my opinion. It adds depth up top then tapers down at the bottom, reverse it. Water bottle pockets are good, no complaints there.
A few little details would have made this a more usable bag. I would buy only if the next generation fixes the pockets.

This over built bag is perfect for your daily adventure and can easily stretch to a short trip bag. Well designed and thoughtfully laid out. It will hold all your essentials and then some. Room and compartments for EDC activity even though it's not called out that way. This is your new daily driver.
