I have been on the hunt for a good workout shirt forever. I’ve tried allllll the major companies and this is by far the most comfortable and most well made.

A good fit. Light weight.
IF you wear an XL you typically want a L with these for a property fit. Go one size down if your normal size is baggy.

It's a really nice shirt. Its comfortable and keeps you cool. I got a size Large and it is slightly big and baggy on me (I'm 5-9 and just over 200 lbs). The collar seems slightly big on me. It's not bad, but just a little bigger than I prefer.

The material and cut make this shirt better than the Nike performance shirts. The way the fabric is put together you don’t get the tight feeling under the armpits. The shirt just lays on the body better.
